About My Practice
I’m currently training as a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through the Sounds True Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. My approach is trauma-informed, heart-centered, and inclusive, drawing on both ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience.
I integrate mindfulness into every dimension of my work, from editorial storytelling to music to community healing. My goal is always the same: to help people come back to what matters: this present moment.
